How does billing work?

Each individual package and/or athlete is billed separately. Billing starts on an athletes first class/session and will continue on the anniversary date each month thereafter. All billing is month to month. The billing amount is the average monthly price. See the average monthly rate calculation below.

What is your reschedule policy?

What can I do while my athlete is training?

COPA Fit is open to ages 16+. With group fitness classes, state of the art equipment, and amazing trainers, it is a great way for you to train while your athlete does the same!

Guest WiFi is provided throughout the building to keep you connected.

Coming soon – The Turf Tavern and SportsMall Café will offer food and beverage options.

Can I freeze my membership?

We understand everyone needs flexibility, therefore, we offer the ability for membership freezes for up to to 3 months per membership year. To submit a freeze request, please click on the respective link below.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you would like to cancel your membership after your three month minimum commitment has been satisfied, please submit the form below. All cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle. Ex: Your next billing date is July 7th. You submit a cancellation request on June 15th. Your cancellation will take effect on July 7th and you are welcome to attend all classed leading up to your cancellation date.

Do you offer discounts?

Family/siblings will receive a 20% discount for each additional package purchased beyond their original package. The 20% discount will be applied to the package of equal or lesser value.

Members that agree to a 12 month commitment will receive 1 month free.
