COPA TRAIN

COPA Train is small group, assessment-based soccer training for athletes aged 8 through adults and skill levels from beginner to professional player. By leveraging innovative technology only found at the world’s top clubs, we are focused on providing our members quantitative data to objectively track progress. Utilizing a passionate coaching staff, COPA Train creates an environment of deliberate practice focusing on the cognitive, physical and technical components of the game.

Groups are broken up based on age, then on ability, with the curriculum tailored to the individual needs of players.

OPEN PLAY

COPA Train is committed to developing the autonomous player. With no coaches or refs, members have the opportunity to display creativity and eliminate the fear of making mistakes in our open play futsal sessions.  

ASSESSMENT *IN DEVELOPMENT

All COPA Train members start their journey with a comprehensive assessment of their technical, physical and cognitive abilities. This assessment sets a baseline for member training by creating the ability to customize individual training regimens within a small group training environment. Reassessments allow members to objectively track their progress over time.
