SpeedLab classes range from $48 to $60 per session and are billed monthly. We offer additional discounts for private groups for 6 or more athletes. Inquire here: speedlab.wc@copastc.com

What results can be expected?

SpeedLab members have experienced significant development in their running and speed skills, making them more efficient in their sport. Many have reduced pain and put injuries behind them, with a new and improved understanding of how to move. This development is backed with our objective approach - regular testing of dynamic movement skills, speed, agility and cognitive capabilities.

• Dynamic Movement Skills test scores improved an average of 65% for 8-11 year olds and 41% for 12-18 year olds.
• 30 Yard Sprint Speed improved on average of 8%
